BUBBACHOOKA'S BUILD A PAGE - FLYING UNICORN

Hi Ladies
Sharing my BAP with you this month…..
I have this theory, that each Kit I receive I want my albums at home to reflect each kit, so that as I flick thru my albums, I remember the kits, the fun opening the box and what the contents were…..
First off I picked out the things I wanted to use from the kit,

Then I took the pattern paper, and tore it into smaller pieces to make my
Layers, inking as I go…
Then I took the little wooden chicken wire embelly and inked it up and broke it up

Then I did the same to the kraft envelope and one of the wooden flag sayings

Now I could start to put this together on the paper to gauge my positions

Ok so I move things around, put things were I think they will go, but as you all know ya change it a dozen times before your happy. Next, I place the chicken wire pieces, and the little pushouts I inked those and splashed them around the corners for texture, I laid my photo on top for a test run…..

Nope, not yet, gotta add more, so I took the Petaloo flower pack, the ribbon and the Melissa frances key Packet and placed them along with a couple of metal embellies from the FUL store…YUMMO!!!!The bottom chicken wire piece was too big for me, so I broke a bit off. Sorry for the sun in the photo, it was coming up…..yikes 5am already! Better get moving!

Now it was time to start gluing it all down…
But I wasn’t happy with the top left corner, Id moved the doily away,
To the bottom and needed a replacement, so  I grabbed the canvas heart,
Some wooden words and arrow and popped it under a layer or two…

Now to start glueing and attaching, this is your own choice and preference, I know everyone
Has their own fav product, so use what you prefer here….I used Helmar 450 and zapfdots for dimension.
After that I grabbed the stencil in the kit, and using my shimmers dimension paste in blue I stenciled little hearts here and there on the out edge of the page….
And viola, its done….I love it!

cheers Mish
