I have been chosen to be a Flying Unicorn!!!!! Can you believe it!!!!!!

I am so honored and blessed to be a part of the most Awesome Creative team around,

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

Here is a little canvas I created  of a bouquet of flowers

I used lots of inks, mists, stencils and bits and pieces

And then 

I took the challenge over at Flying Unicorn to Use your stash......

and found this little plaque and some older steampunk debutante paper from Graphic 45

to create my entry.........come play its awesome fun!

I took my fav paper, Steampunk debutante by Graphic 45 and lots of bling and Viola!

 

SCRAPS OF DARKNESS APRIL REVEAL - REMEMBER WHEN

Howdy Scrappers,

Well its DT reveal day at Scraps of Darkness,

and this month our April Kit -" Remember When" is so fun!!!!!

This kit is full of Gorgeous Kaiser, and Bo Bunny creations and

is so easy to use!!!!!

Here are a few examples from me,

this layout is of me, just me......using the gorgeous kit....

This is my first ATC, and I used the gorgeous ATC shrine we received in last months kit,

thats the beauty of the SOD kits, you can hang on to items and blend them into any kit down the track!!!!!

Here are a few more ATC and a tag, I used the packaging from the Bo Bunny

rub ones as the base for my tag.....waste not want not!

I had so much fun using this product, and it was bittersweet as it will be my last DT reveal,

I have so enjoyed my time on the DT, and meeting so many wonderful people, some of whom will be

life long friends! I was introduced to SOD by the Amazing Jennifer Snyder and love her and her work to pieces. Escape Kitty, ReneaBouquets, Lisa AKA Raining, Karen our steampunk Goddess, Charlotte the awesome sketch Artist and designer, Mandy or Crafty Sprinkles our Pin Queen,

, Melinda our awesome Head Mistress!

I begin my new life as a teacher in a scrap school ,doing Mixed media classes, and ATC classes from next month in Australia at my local scrap Shop "The crafters Haven", and im so looking forward to doing that.

MONROE CANVAS CLASS

Hello Scrappers,

Im  so excited to tell you that ill be teaching a class for my Monroe Canvas

on May the 4th at a Marathon scrap event in Penrith - Western Sydney Australia

The Crafters Haven is a Scrap-Mixed Media shop/school started and run by Inez

and Janelle and the place rocks every weekend, with fun and frolic and crafting galore

So if your around the Penrith region in Outer Western Sydney on May 4, book yourself in for a marathon 12 hour scrapfest!!!!!!

MONROE CANVAS

Hello Scrappers, here is a great project I created using the Dayglo kit from Scraps of Darkness, and

the new Prima Mechanicals by Finnabair......

I called it the Monroe Canvas.....It shows Marilyn, effectively lost in the Hollywood Machine.

I was inspired by a youtube video called sweet November.....by Leanne from Lindys Stamp gang

but I changed it to suit myself.

SCRAPS OF DARKNESS MARCH REVEAL - DAYGLO KIT

Hello Ladies, welcome to the reveal of our Gorgeous March kit over at Scraps of Darkness, its called DAYGLO,

 

Now before I get to play with this gorgeous kit and tell you about our bloghop, heres a snippet of items I made from the February kit Simple Pleasures, that im still having so much fun with!

 

This is a little ATC, using some chippies and all the yummy stuff in my kit.....

 Here is a Tag, using the awesome February Kit, it contained the most groovy Prima key

and I had to use it on a tag, mixed with the kaiser papers, and little wooden bee, and book page,

see, there was so much in this kit! I couldnt contain myself! and you will notice that Ive used the gorgeous

striped fabric tape on everything, Im in a stripey mood this month! Loved the green striped paper, and striped tape......awesome! 

 Here is a little Peter Rabbit ATC, isnt he sweet!

 Another Peter Rabbit ATC, I found a sticker sheet in a junk shop

years ago and kept it, I love Peter Rabbit, but now I finally found

what to use them for!!!!! ATC's...Ill never bypass a cute sticker sheet again!

 I always love Jolee's stickers but can never use them on my layouts, 

but ATC's now thats a different story.....I loved this boot and bag, and the February kit

had a kaiser sticker sheet that gave me the saying, and viola! These boots were made for walking!

 Here is a vintage layout of 4 Generations of my family, Me, Mum, Nan and great Nan......

And here is another ATC , I love owls! using a Jolee's sticker again!

 And of course,my Favourite Gorgeous Furbaby, SPIKE!

Isnt he adorable!!!!!!!!!
